About Me

I am a systems builder, learning experience and product design leader, passionate about lifelong learning and upskilling, regardless of context. I specialize in technical training content for internal employees, clients and individual learners.

AI Work

I am currently using AI in three ways:

Identified an opportunity to address content development bottlenecks with AI and upskilled as a non-technical team member to lead internal CrewAI deployment; collaborated with engineers to configure agent workflows, guided strategic decisions, and iteratively improved outputs—culminating in a high-quality baseline that significantly reduced SME dependency.
Enabled faster, more scalable content creation for internal learning team by co-developing a markdown generator using Cline (Claude 3.7); delivered high-quality technical content with 60% usable baseline accuracy, streamlining the workflow for instructional designers and accelerating delivery across 37 AI.
Led change management efforts within the Learning team by founding an AI-focused group to drive adoption of new tools and workflows; facilitated ongoing, structured workshops co-developed with ChatGPT to upskill peers, normalize experimentation, and build internal alignment around emerging AI capabilities.

Community

I run a Women in AI Monthly meetup where we talk about our careers, help each other troubleshoot and show off what we've built with a community of like-minded women.

I am a regular participant and community manager in MVP Club, a Discord community where we build with AI and help each other upskill.
