Educational Innovator & Community Leader
Ryan is an educational innovator excited by developing new solutions to the eternal problems of education. A software engineer and implementation manager by trade, Ryan specializes in breaking down complex requirements into digestible and actionable next steps. He was a top 1% software engineering instructor and Distinguished Faculty Member at General Assembly. Ryan runs MVP Club's free Discord community, helping remove blockers for non technical professionals new to AI.
Matt Hastings
Learning Product Manager & Co-Founder
Matt is a Learning Product Manager who specializes in transforming complex technical concepts into accessible, practical learning experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes. With a PhD in educational foundations and 9+ years in learning product development, he has led cross-functional teams to create innovative assessment-driven solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including Chase, Deloitte, Google, and Adobe. As a self-taught "vibe coder," Matt bridges the technical gap between engineering teams and learning design, enabling more effective collaboration and faster product iteration. He co-founded MVP Club, a community focused on removing barriers for non-technical professionals adopting emerging technologies. Matt approaches education from first principles, designing learning products that harness people's innate capacity to learn and grow.
Jill Ozovek
Career Development Coach & Systems Thinker
Jill is a generalist extraordinaire, capable of using deep systems thinking to untangle thorny business problems while keeping the human front and center. She is an ICF-certified career development coach and has over 17+ years experience in designing, building and implementing high impact programs to enable businesses and internal employees to do their jobs more effectively, while helping organizations meet and exceed their business goals. Most recently, she helped launch General Assembly's AI for All portfolio of programs and piloted the launch of internal agentic AI tools as program manager to a team of software developers. She helps Matt and Ryan run MVP Club's rapidly growing Discord community, coaching members to learn to leverage AI in their day to day.
