Help with the thing in front of you
Most of what stops people isn't the big picture. It's one specific thing on a Tuesday afternoon that you can't get Claude to do properly.
So ask. Odds are we already have a short lesson for exactly that, and you can read it at lunch. If we don't, that's the interesting part: good questions become new lessons, usually within a couple of days. You are not waiting on a syllabus written a year ago by someone who has never seen your job.
You don't have to catch up
Join on a random Tuesday and your first week is already set up. Short introductory pieces arrive one at a time, so there's no backlog waiting for you, plus an invite to the next live session after you join.
Nobody expects you to have done the reading. Non-technical backgrounds are the norm here, not the exception, and everyone in the room remembers being new.
One live session, every week
When you'd rather ask a person than search for an answer, there's one live session a week, held in the evening so it isn't competing with your workday, and a channel that doesn't close in between.
Order of Events
The live session, Monday evenings
Two hours with the group, Mondays from 6 to 8 PM ET, working on whatever is actually in front of people. Bring the thing you can't get Claude to do properly and we look at it together, live, with your real work on the screen.
The channel, in between
The rest of the week happens in writing. Post a question at 11pm and wake up to answers from people who hit the same wall a month ago. No one has to wait for the next session to get unstuck.
Show what you made
Rough and half working is the point. Demo it in the session or drop it in the channel, and you'll get feedback plus the quiet satisfaction of someone stealing your idea for their own job.

A smaller room, once a month
Jill runs a structured meetup for the women in the club once a month. There's a private channel alongside it that you opt into, for the questions you'd rather ask in a smaller room: what you're stuck on, what you just pulled off, and the career side of all of this.
Open to any woman in the club. Opt in whenever you're ready, or don't.

Here's what that gets you: the room, a live session every week, the lesson library, and people who answer when you ask. Ask a question we don't have a lesson for and we go build one. Lurk for a month if you like. Nobody is going to chase you about it.
Here's what it isn't. It's not a course with a finish line, and nobody hands you a plan for your job. If you want the deeper version, a small group, a set schedule, and our full attention for a few weeks, that's the cohort. The next one runs in October, and we'll post the details here when seats open.
