Most working MVPs die somewhere between the demo and the decision. Four Fridays in October, in a group of 15, you build one with Claude and then build the case for running it where you work.
You do not have to wait for October to get moving. Bring the thing you are stuck on to a Monday, and if there is no lesson for it yet, we build you one.
Plenty of places will help you build something. The hard part comes after, when somebody asks what it costs and who owns it.

Then the part most builds stall on: getting it approved. What it does, what it costs, what it touches, who has to say yes, and how it runs as an internal tool your team opens on a Monday morning.

Four Fridays is where it starts, not where it stops. The practice keeps going in the Clubhouse afterwards, with the same people, every Monday.
Most people get to practice the building. Almost nobody gets to practice the asking. That is the half we spend the back end of the month on.
Registration is not open yet. When it is, this is the first place it shows up, and the community hears about it the same day.
