An idea we are testing
A cohort we are considering: you bring the task you redo every week, and you leave with Claude doing the first pass of it.
Not a demo, not a side project. The actual recurring work with your name on it, turned into something that runs the same way every time. If that is the cohort you have been waiting for, say so and we will build it.
“Workflow” is a word that has been worn smooth. Here is the shape of the thing.
You open the same four places (the tracker, last week’s version, two threads, your own notes) and write more or less the same six paragraphs in a different order. A workflow is Claude reading those sources the same way each week and handing you a draft in your format, so Monday starts at editing instead of at a blank page.
The same set of sources, checked for what changed, summarized into the same short brief. The checking is mechanical and the judgment is not. A workflow does the first part reliably and leaves the second part to you, which is the only division of labor worth setting up.
Intake, triage, whatever your team calls it. Most of them are three or four kinds of thing wearing different clothes. A workflow sorts them, drafts the replies that are always the same reply, and puts the genuinely odd ones in front of you with the context already gathered.
Made up to show the shape, not lifted from anyone. You would bring your own.
No dates, no price, no seats. This page exists so we can find out whether the idea is one people actually want, or one that only sounds good to us.
If enough people put their hand up, we will build it and tell those people first. If they do not, we will leave it alone and say so. Either way you will hear which one happened.
